Spa Therapist

You hold a Beauty Therapy Level 3 qualification (including face and body treatments) and have at least 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role. Your proven hands-on experience means you’re confident delivering various treatments at a high standard.

Broad knowledge of massage techniques and spa therapies (experience with facials, manicures/pedicures, and waxing is a plus). You stay updated on wellness trends and are eager to learn any new treatments or product lines we offer.

Excellent communication and outstanding customer service come naturally to you. You have a warm, professional demeanor that makes guests feel comfortable, cared for, and inclined to return.

A friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential. You can work independently with minimal supervision while also being a reliable team player. Challenges are met with flexibility and a can-do approach.

 You take pride in your personal presentation and punctuality. Being on time for appointments, handling guest inquiries courteously, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times are part of who you are.
